Head of Costumer Experience

DESCRIPTION

The position requires someone who firmly believes in customer orientation and that creating a differential experience is key for the future of businesses.

You will report to the Innovation & Transformation Director and will be responsible for the definition, survey, and improvement of the Customer Experience.

Responsabilities:

  • Defining Customer Journeys of the different business lines.
  • Working closely with the rest of the departments to create a coherent and successful Forcadell brand customer experience
  • Implementation of methodology to survey the client’s voice to reach the entire organization.
  • Continuous survey of client satisfaction and leading plans for improvement.
  • Implementing a Costumer Dashboard ( CAC, Churn rate, LTV, etc)

 

Position offered:

  • Work contract: 6 months + 6 months + open end
  • Full time workday

REQUIREMENTS

        -University degree

- Minimum 2 years + experience working in Customer Experience

- Well-organized with strong, dynamic interpersonal skills and positive outlook

- Knowledge in Design Thinking, Customer journey mapping and qualitative and quantitative research techniques

- Knowledge of the real estate sector will be a plus

-Fluent in English
