DESCRIPTION

Forcadell, a stable company and leader in the real estate sector, is looking for a person responsible for its Loyalty Program, linked to the Marketing and Innovation departments.
The main objective of the position is to lead the “Club Forcadell”, a loyalty program which includes discounts in shops and services, designed to reward loyalty in our customers.
The job requires a candidate with with proven experience in customer loyalty (with people skills) and accustomed to public relations, as s/he will be the person in charge of maintaining the Club's website, expanding and hiring suppliers, creating newsletter contents, keeping up the relationship with Club members, etc. ...
S/he will provide support to the marketing department internally and will be responsible for the organization of company events.

Responsabilities:

• Coordinating and dynamizing the Loyalty Program of the Company
• Engaging new suppliers; enhancing their loyalty to the program
• Producing and sending newsletters
• Managing databases
• Organizing events and conferences
• General support to the internal marketing department (managing of publicity, internal campaigns, managing merchandising, support in CSR campaigns)

The position offers:

• Work contract: 6 months + 6 months + open end

Qualifications:

• University or bachelor’s degree  (Public Relations or similar)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience
• Knowledge in Loyalty programs
• Knowledge in KPI (customer segmentation)
• Accustomed to work with CRM systems
• Advanced skills in Excel, Word, PPt and Prezi
• Languages: Catalan, Spanish and advanced level of English
• Driving license and your own car
