Forcadell has advised New Import Cosmetics 95 (NIC 95) in the rental of a commercial premise of 117 sqm in Calle Paris, 147 of Barcelona. The establishment is located in the Esquerra de l'Eixample, very close to the Avinguda de Sarrià and Avenida Diagonal. The premises, located in 3rd Line according to the Forcadell zoning system, will be the new commercial location of the firm once the transfer takes place. The inauguration is scheduled, according to company sources, for next April 3, once the reform works that are being done are over.
