Forcadell, the real estate consultant, has advised Alquiber Renting Flexible in the rental of a warehouse of 2.562 sqm in the Polígon Travessia Industrial de L'Hospitalet de Llobregat. The company has carried out this transaction in order to be able to expand its facilities in the Catalan branch office it has in Barcelona. The Polígono Travesía Industrial is very close to the center of L'Hospitalet de Llobregat and Bellvitge, and is just 8 kilometers away from the center of Barcelona. It also has excellent communication routes, it is a few meters away from the B-20 and B-10, as well as being close to the access to the FFCC (Local Railway) and the L1 line of the subway.
