The Commercial Premises Department of Forcadell, through its expert consultants, has guided the company in choosing its new facilities in the Catalan capital.
Forcadell, the real estate consulting firm, has advised el Centro de Diagnosis Dermatológica in the rental of its new 450 sqm premise located in the Sarrià-Sant Gervasi neighborhood in Barcelona, very close to the Jardines del Camp in Sarrià and the Cinemas Gran Sarrià. "The location, its extensive facilities, the gardens and the services that can be found close by have been key to choosing the new emplacement of our center," stated Mr. Joan Lladó, Manager of the Medical Center.
The search for interesting locations for the opening of commercial premises, such as the one chosen by the Centro de Diagnosis Dermatológica, is increasingly complicated due to the scarcity of product in the Barcelona retail market. This is one of the main items extracted from the last Market Report of Commercial Premises edited by Forcadell.
Opened in April 1998 by Dr. Susana Puig and Dr. Josep Malvehy, the Centro de Diagnosis Dermatológica (CEDILP - www.cedilp.com) is the first private state center dedicated specifically to the diagnosis and treatment of skin cancer, melanoma, and patients with cutaneous pigmentary lesions, and to the early diagnosis of skin cancer. The Center for Dermatological Diagnosis is a pioneering center in the world. It has the most advanced confocal microscopy systems (Vivascope 3000 + 1500) that are combined with HD digital dermatoscopy integrated in the same system (Vivacam) for structural anatomical correlation and navigation during the exam.
