Forcadell, leading company in the real estate sector is looking for a Director for the Innovation Department. The position will report to the Chief Technical Officer and the CEO, and will be responsible for the development, leadership and execution of innovative projects and services in the real estate sector with a high tech component
To carry out this task properly, s/he must be able to take advantage of new technologies, models based on experiences, social networks and any service that makes it possible to know the voice of the clients and the "customer value" and pass on this concept to the whole company in order to develop Business Plans based on this information.
S/he will be responsible to check, re-imagine or reset the customer experience in each business line, designing and developing creative solutions using Lean Startup and Creative Thinking, identifying the real needs of clients using new technologies, ethnographic data analysis, experience models, social networks and any way of knowing the customers’ opinions and those who can influence the current business model using Customer Development models.
This person will also be in charge of researching and proposing new business plans, discovering the new service assemblies in the market (service- market fit) and working with the different departments of the Company to ensure that new strategies and business models consolidate this assemblage and generate growth.
S/he will also have to act as internal and external opinion leader about strategic tendencies, technological, analysis of emergent markets and omni-channel.
It is important that the candidate has capacity to establish metrics in decision making (Actionable as opposed to the traditional vanity metrics) to determine and measure success, calculate the acquisition cost and client retention, result control and to establish an efficient communication circuit.
The Director of Innovation will be working in close contact with experts in the different business areas, including sales, marketing, administration, HHRR, and Top Management, to create a coherent client experience.
RESPONSABILITIES:
- To coordinate the implementation of the Innovation Program of the Company.
- To create and execute Business Plans to offer New Services and business activities
- To lead the development of innovative ideas within the Real Estate Sector
- To test new business plans that will improve the client experience
