The platform, that aims to promote and accelerate the evolution of the real estate sector, announced that it will work jointly with the members of the ecosystem in the development and implementation of services and products of value that adapt to people’s new ways of living and working. Innomads, together with its 10 founding members (ALG Finques, Amat, Anzizu, Bourgeois Agency, Clerries, Finques Company, Finques Feliu, Forcadell, Masifill Patrimonia and TAAF) have the necessary experience and knowledge in real estate to detect the most relevant challenges and opportunities in the sector to design solutions from innovation and new technologies.
Mireia Garcia (CEO) and Elena Badia (Innovation Manager) presented the 4 services that the Innomads proposal will offer: a trend radar to keep its members updated of the most relevant trends and technologies in the sector, an innovation laboratory where new products and services will be developed and tested, a program for Proptech startups based on training and support and the possibility of participating as an investor in the most promising concepts.
The event also hosted the presentation of Aleix Valls (CEO of H-FARM), renowned expert in transformation and digital business and world reference in entrepreneurial ecosystems, in addition to a round table with Propcrowd, WeSmartPark and Daysk, startups in which Innomads through Forcadell has collaborated and invested.
All founding partners of the platform were present at the event represented by their CEOs and presidents. The event welcomed more than 80 professionals of the real estate sector, "a successful meeting that proves the great interest there is in the Proptech sector.
