The Industrial-Logistics Department of Forcadell, through its expert consultants, has advised Metalcaucho in the rental of a warehouse in the Polígono Rubí Sud in the province of Barcelona.
Forcadell, the real estate consulting firm, has advised Metalcaucho in the rental of a 13.755 sqm industrial warehouse located in the Polígono Rubí Sud (Vallès Occidental), in the province of Barcelona. The warehouse, which is distributed in PB, and P1, will serve to expand its facilities, gaining meters for its warehouse and for its logistic space.
"While waiting for the closing data for 2016, it is worth noting that the region of Vallès Occidental received during the first half of the year about 19% of the demands of industrial warehouses to rent, while its availability stood at over 24%. Because of its location, supply of sqm and communications network it is a very attractive location for many companies when it comes to establishing themselves ", emphasizes Gerard Plana, Director of the Industrial-Logistics Department of Forcadell.
In the Polígono Rubí Sud, located in the surroundings of the municipality of Rubí, there are more than 60 companies from different sectors - industry, services, trade, construction, transport and logistics - and it is located just over 20 kilometers from the center of Barcelona. The main access routes are the AP7 and C-1413, as well as an urban bus line (L6 Rubibus).
