Forcadell commercialized 45,000 sqm in 2016, consolidating their position as benchmark company for offices
The Office Department of Forcadell has closed 2016 with great results having commercialized a total of 45,000 sqm, a 50% increase respect 2015. This take-up figure translates into a higher number of transactions, some of them with surfaces of more than 5.000 sqm.
The Catalan consulting firm is currently in the 2nd position of the top 5 of the main real estate broker firms in the sector in Barcelona, consolidating its role as a benchmark in its sector.
