The fund management company specialized in hotel investments has moved its team to an exclusive office building designed by the architect Gabriel Allende.
The consultancy Forcadell, in its commitment to the Madrid office market, has expanded their commercial team in the Spanish capital.
Forcadell has advised Alameda Capital in the rental of their new offices located on Serrano Street in Madrid, in the Salamanca district. The European fund management company specialized in international hotel investments conducted this transaction in order to expand their current facilities and find the suitable offices for the recent needs of the company.
The building in which Alameda Capital has moved into has been designed by the architect Gabriel Allende, and it stands out for its glazed façade, which provides plenty of natural light and stunning views to Madrid’s Paseo de la Castellana. In addition, the building has the LEED GOLD sustainability certificate, offering an excellent corporate image.
According to Manel de Bes, Forcadell’s Office director, “the location chosen by Alameda Capital is a business success not only because the area is considered one of the most important business most important business hubs in Madrid’s prime office market zone, but because it is an area with a wide commercial offer in leisure activities and services, in addition to being well connected, key factors for talent retention.”
Furthermore, on the third quarter of 2019 Forcadell placed a commercial team in the Spanish Capital to cover the Madrid office market. Since then, Forcadell has advised 6 companies in the moving of their companies, commercializing a total space volume of 1,789 sqm.
