Forcadell will attend for the second consecutive year the Barcelona Meeting Point, in its 21st edition, one of the most renowned real estate salons in Europe and the most prominent in the Spanish territory. Forcadell plans to repeat its successful participation of the previous edition in 2 of the large areas of the company: Corporate Real Estate and Residential. According to Ivan Vaqué, CEO of Forcadell, "The meetings at BMP 2016 made it possible to establish a network of new contacts, strengthen ties and rediscover colleagues in the sector. The great moment that the sector is currently experiencing allows us to foresee that this year's edition will be even better."
The executive directors of Forcadell's Residential and Corporate Real Estate areas will attend visitors in their own 2 stands: the Investors’ Cluster (stand CI-02) and the Luxury Real Estate Cluster (stand CL-05). The consulting firm will take advantage of this unbeatable framework to show its wide range of real estate services as well as its most outstanding novelties. All this in an ideal environment to exchange opinions, assessments and trends on the current moment of the sector as well as the future forecast with professionals of the real estate market, private investors, investment funds and promoters.
The path followed by Forcadell, and specially from the Investment Department to attend the different local and European fairs (GRI, MAPIC, MIPIM, among others) shows its willingness to be attentive to the national and international markets, a new cycle that began in 2016 and is reaffirmed in this 21st edition of the BMP introducing the Catalan Businesses with its own 2 stands. The BMP, which will take place from 18 to 22 October at the Fira de Barcelona in Plaça d'Espanya, will be divided into 3 different parts: Professional Exhibition, General Attendance Exhibition and International Symposium. They will bring together the most important market players who will present the news and analyze the forecast of the sector, where it is expected that important business opportunities will be generated again. The 2016 edition attracted more than 33,000 visitors in the general attendance exhibition and more than 10,000 in the professional exhibition.
