Forcadell periodically publishes twice a year its Real Estate Market Reports, which started in 1999 carried out by a research team supported by the company's consultants. These reports have become a reference content for the sector in terms of market dynamics, prices of real estate, sectors of activity, etcetera. Currently, the five sectors of activity researched in the real estate market are: retail, office, industrial-logistic warehouses, residential and investment.
At the same time, the Company carries out annually and together with the University of Barcelona the Real Estate News and Perspectives Report, which is presented in the Q2 of the year at the AXA Auditorium and Conventions Center in Barcelona. The event is attended by professionals from the business sector, financial institutions, promoters, the retail sector, construction companies, insurance companies, investment funds and international organisations.
