Experts at the Forcadell Industrial-Logistic Department have advised the company specialised in steel structures in the leasing of their new premises in Lliçà de Vall.
Forcadell advised Transmetal in the leasing of a 1.244 sqm industrial warehouse in Lliçà de Vall, a municipality in the Vallès Oriental Region. The company, which manufactures and executes steel structures, has carried out this transaction with the aim to expand their current premises located a few meters from the new warehouse, in the Polígono Les Argelagues. This new warehouse is well connected by road to Granollers (6 km) and Barcelona (29 km) through the C-155 and C-17 highways respectively, and also through public transport: the Renfe station of the municipality and interurban buses.
According to Gerard Plana, Director of the Department of Industrial-Logistics of Forcadell, "the demand for industrial warehouses in the Vallès Oriental has evolved very positively throughout 2017 given the good performance of the Catalan industrial sector. Lliçà de Vall has registered an increase in rents in 1H 2017 and has been ranked as the third municipality in the region with the highest rents, between 2.09-3.72 € / m2 / month, according to Forcadell’s Market Report. Ahead are Granollers and Parets del Vallès. "
