Consulting experts in the Forcadell Retail department have advised the automotive company in leasing their new commercial premises.
Forcadell has advised Romacar ABS, official Ford auto dealership, in the lease of their new commercial premise located in the well-known Figueras International Seating establishment in Barcelona, located in the crossing of the Avenida Diagonal and Calle Aragó. This retail space provides a surface of 657 sqm and its façade has a length of 75 m. The company, leader in the automotive sector, has completed this transaction in order to expand its current premises and establish a new Point Of Sale in a centric placement in Barcelona.
According to Xavier Aguilar, manager of the Forcadell Retail department, “The good performance of the retail sector together with the lack of space keep boosting increases in rents and this situation has benefitted all commercial lines. In the case of the location chosen by Romacar ABS, according to the Forcadell Zonification, in the 1H 2017 there has been an 8,89% increase in rents respect 2H 2016.The auto local distributor is in an area of excellent visibility given it is a zone with a high rate of road traffic with the addition of its 75m of facade”.
Romacar ABS is an official Ford auto dealership which started its business activity in February 2010. Currently, it has consolidated its position as the leader Ford dealership distributor in Catalonia, with a team of more than 70 people. The company is a member of the group Rmotion, with an extensive experience of more than 40 years in the sector of automotive business. The new premises acquired by Romacar ABS have become the sixth of the company in the region of Barcelona.
