Forcadell has advised Prosegur in the opening of a 456 sqm new premise located in Mataró, capital of the Maresme region. The new facilities of Prosegur Alarmas, destined to be the branch offices of the Maresme region, are in the ground floor of the Torre d’Ara Premium building, an office complex in which there are currently working more than 500 hundred people. Located in the Tecnocampus university (Parc Tecnocampus Mataró-Maresme), this is an airy, open-space premise with a spectacular façade adding up to the already singular building. The Torre d’Ara Premium has excellent road transportation with direct access to the N-II, the C-60 and the C-32 highways.
According to Xavier Aguilar, director of the Retail department of Forcadell “the Torre d’Ara Premium will provide Prosegur Alarmas with the advantages, services and facilities offered by an exclusive office building, with the backing of the investors and owners of the building, the Family Office Clavel, a benchmark for not only the Marseme region but for all the Barcelona area as well."
