Forcadell is looking for a Deputy Business Development Director. This position will have the responsability to provide support and participate in surveys, negotiations and acquisition of portfolios of real estate consulting firms, as well as in reaching the target objectives.
Responsabilities:
Participating in the expansion project of our real estate network
Follow-up of the company's territorial expansion plan.
Develop prospects and acquisitions of real estate portfolios or joint-ventures with third-parties nationally, adapting to local needs.
Analyze the viability of each product, local market research and competition analysis.
Follow-up of the opening construction work of the new offices, correct implementation of the company’s guidelines regarding brand image, visual and marketing.
Initial coordination of the different departments from the headquarters’ office to the new offices.
Contributing to the development of the business.
