DESCRIPTION

Forcadell, a stable company, leader in the real estate sector, is looking for a Retail Manager for its Barcelona office. Reporting to the Director of Corporate Real Estate Area, will be responsible for leading a team of commercial agents to achieve the annual intermediation objectives previously agreed on by the company.

Duties:

• Management and supervision of a Commercial Team of 8 professionals.
• Planning the sales, preparation and execution of an annual sales plan.
• Organizing the visits and attention to customers.
• Customer monitoring.
• Acquisitions and negotiation of operations

REQUIREMENTS

To develop the required tasks successfully it is important to have a proactive attitude, with commercial qualities. It is important to be proficient in Catalan and Spanish and to have  experience in a similar postion.

•  Dynamic person, with problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.

•  Ability to respond to sales problems.
•  Know how to set priorities.
•  To act as leader motivating and dynamizing the commercial team to reach the objectives.
•  Recruit, select and train commercial staff.
•  Provide market feedback to the Marketing Department.
•  Minimum experience: 4 years.

•  Fluent in the use of computer support

•  Languages: Catalan and Spanish, written and spoken. English will be a plus.
• It is essential to have your own a car and a driving license.
