Forcadell is a leading company within the real estate sector with more than 60 years’ experience.The Company is looking for a Controller who will report to top management carrying out the control of the financial and accounting department of the Company, highlighting the tasks related directly with analytical accounting, operating accounts, closing of accounts, and other accounting information analysis of different business areas. S/he will take care of drafting rapports and balance sheets, banking control and closing of accounts among other transactions.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
-Budget preparation, management and controls.
-Complete month-end and year-end closing process
-Ensuring quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
-Monitoring and consolidating accounts
-Control of quality ratios of the company
-Monitoring and analysis of the financial statements of the different departments: monthly management accounts including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow
-Establishment of KPIs and activity control tools
-Presenting and reporting of financial information and creating financial statements
-Supporting top management in making strategic decisions based on accounting and financial indicators

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE:
To successfully develop the required tasks it is important to have a proactive attitude and business skills. Must speak fluently Catalan and Spanish and have experience in similar positions.
