Forcadell, a stable company, leader in the real estate sector, is looking for a sales agent for its Housing Departmen in Barcelona. Reporting to the Director of the Department, will be responsible for carrying out the commercial actions like securing real estate listings and further sales in order to achieve the established objectives.
Duties:
- Securing real estate listings for further management of sale.
- Meeting with the owner/s of the property in order to carry out the appraisal of the home.
- Scheduling visits and provide customer support.
- Customer follow-up. Understanding their needs and proposing suitable housing in each case.
- Negotiation and closing of operations.
- Introduction of data in the management program.
