DESCRIPTION
Forcadell is looking for a Real estate commercial agent for the Corporate real estate department in Mollet. S/he will report to the Director of the Department, and will be responsible for commercial actions with the aim of reaching the department´s target.
Responsabilities:
- Listing offices, commercial premises and industrial warehouses
- Visiting clients and customer service.
- Client follow-up.
- Dealing and listing of transactions - Entering data in the management program
Position offered:
Work contract: 6 months + 6 months + open end
Full time workday

REQUIREMENTS
To be successful in this position, it is basic to have a proactive approach and commercial skills. It is important to be fluent in spanish and catalan, and previous experience in a similar position
- Minimum 2 years’ experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Languages: Catalan and spanish, written and spoken. English will be a plus.
- Own car and driving license are mandatory.
