Forcadell is looking for a qualified specialist for its Department of Real Estate Asset Management for the different segments of the market (Residential, Office, Retail, Industrial and Investment). The position requires a candidate with an adequate level of training and skills to have personal contact on a daily basis with clients, a well-kept appearance and the organizational capacity and resolution to face the incidents arising from this type of management. The candidate would join a specialized team in asset management within a company which is consolidated in this segment.

To develop successfully the required tasks it is important to have experience in similar positions. A degree related with the position offered will be a plus: Architect, Engineer, maintenance technician, building conservation.

- Languages: Proficient in Catalan and Spanish. Intermediate level of English will be a plus
