The work to be carried out is related to the management of the real estate portfolio of the department: management of incidentals, rental contract management, contract terminations, real estate review and surety settlements, contract modifications, etc. This is a stable job with projection according to the candidate's value, who will join into a team of consultants, responding to the Director of the Department.
Duties:
Management of the properties of the assigned portfolio and related tasks.
Telephone support.
Relationship with tenants.
Agenda and processing of contract terminations.
Settlement of sureties.
Relationship with suppliers.
Job Offer:
Labour Contract: 6 months + 6 months+ permanent.
Full time working hours.
Fixed salary + variable component.
