Sales Consultants/Acquisition Agents – Residential properties department (Barcelona, Gavà and Vallès Oriental offices)

FORCADELL is looking for a Real Estate Agent for its Housing Residential Department in the area of:

• Barcelona
• Gavà
• Vallès Oriental

The main responsibility is the acquisition and marketing of residential properties for sale, providing advisory and intermediary services between property owners and potential buyers. The role requires a commercially-minded individual with experience, negotiation skills, and a flair for public relations.

A stable position with career development opportunities is offered, depending on the candidate’s merit. The successful applicant will join a team of consultants under the supervision of the department’s management. The role is target-driven (in terms of revenue and property acquisition) and offers autonomy, as well as the opportunity to increase earnings through variable income.

Responsibilities

• Real estate market analysis.
• Capacity to define a strategy to sell real estate assets.
• After-sales services.
• Property appraisals and valuations.
• Advising owners and buyers.
• Intervention in negotiation and contract processes.

Conditions

• Employment Contract: 6 months + 6 months + open-end contract.
• Full time workday.
• Fixed salary + variable component.

Requirements

• To develop successfully the required tasks, it is important to have a proactive attitude, with commercial qualities and desire to expand knowledge about the real estate sector. 
• Minimum degree: Certificate of Higher Education (HNC).
• Minimum 3 years commercial experience in similar position (candidates with no prior commercial experience shall not be accepted).
• Languages: Proficient in Catalan and Spanish, other languages, espacially English, will be a plus.
• Driving License essential.
