The Segur For Team brokerage complements these services by providing insurance solutions that support all the Group’s business units and offer safety and peace of mind to clients.

Responsibilities

To develop commercial activity and manage insurance services for the Granollers and Mollet del Vallès offices, maximizing opportunities generated by the property management (communities), sales and rentals teams, and ensuring comprehensive, personalized service.

  • Identify new business opportunities through ongoing interaction with the teams in both offices.
  • Collaborate actively with colleagues to offer insurance solutions to owners, buyers, sellers and tenants.
  • Acquire new clients and expand Segur For Team’s presence in the territory.
  • Manage policy contracting, quoting/pricing, follow-up and policy amendments.
  • Handle claims, providing a high-quality service and continuous support to clients.
  • Align criteria and processes between the two offices to maintain a consistent, uniform service, following head-office procedures.
  • Coordinate with the head-office team to ensure delivery of the strategic plan, as well as technical and administrative support.
  • Attend regular meetings with the central department to define commercial strategies and insurer procedures.
  • Reporting line: Brokerage Management, with support from the head office (Barcelona).
  • Role shared between the Granollers and Mollet del Vallès offices.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Compulsory Secondary Education
  • Minimum experience: 2 years
  • Languages: Native or bilingual proficiency in Spanish and Catalan, both spoken and written.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of the Catalan Civil code and the Horizontal Property Law (LPH) will be an asset.
  • Good appearance, proactive attitude, and willingness to engage with people.
  • Interpersonal abilities, organizational skills, and problem-solving capacity.
