Forcadell Consultancy has advised the Sociedad para el Estudio de los Recursos Marítimos (SOERMAR) on the rental of their new offices located next to Plaza de Cuzco, with wide open-plan spaces to promote teamwork and efficiency.
SOERMAR has relocated its headquarters to the vicinity of Plaza Cuzco, located in the Central Business District (CBD) of Madrid. With the advisory of Forcadell Consultancy, their new offices will have plenty of open-plan spaces to promote teamwork and efficiency.
Their new head office is located in 143, Paseo de la Castellana, in a building for exclusive office use, exterior windows and plenty of natural light. “Our new headquarters have an excellent location, in an area with easy access for our shareholders, trustees, and those businesses with which SOEMAR contributes actively in the technological development of the sector. The best features of our new offices are flexible spaces with excellent services, in order to maintain social distancing that the current health situation requires, and at the same time, allowing the company the possibility to continue with our close teamwork, a standard line of work we have always maintained”, explains Eva Novoa, CEO of SOERMAR.
On the other hand, Manel de Bes, director of the Office department of Forcadell Consultancy affirms that “the trend of transactions in Madrid reflects the recovery and good performance of the real estate sector”.
