The Associatió Civica La Nau, known as "The bank of non-food products", through the collaboration of its volunteers, aims to collect non-food resources and redistribute them to groups in poverty or at risk of social exclusion. They collect surplus production from companies that manufacture products for personal hygiene, household cleaning, clothing, footwear and toys, through the CSR programs they have in place.
Currently they are located in the Zona Franca of Barcelona, in 2 warehouses that total 800 sqm, a property that they will shortly have to leave because there is a demolition pending. In order to continue carrying out their altruistic task, they need to relocate to another industrial warehouse in the same area or in a nearby municipality such as L'Hospitalet de Llobregat, El Prat de Llobregat or Cornellà de Llobregat, in a warehouse with a surface of between 800 and 1,200 sqm.
