PropCrowd, Forcadell and Rentor’s startup has launched a new investment opportunity in the Port Vell, Barcelona. This is a property located in the Barceloneta neighbourhood, in front of the Port Vell, which will be purchased by PropCrowd, to be renovated and sold in a 12 month term. The startup expects the investment to offer an estimate yield of 10,31%.
This opportunity chosen by PropCrowd in Port Vell is a 94 sqm Residential apartment, with 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms and a wide open space comprising the kitchen and the living-dining room. The objective of the startup is to carry out a complete renovation of the property in order to significantly increase its sale value. The crowdfunding company is constantly looking for new investment opportunities, and is considering the change of use for some of them.
Forcadell also made a change of use in the Diagonal 440 project through myFunding, the platform predecessor of PropCrowd.The product was an immediate success, selling out in just 4 months with investors obtaining higher yields than expected, 52% instead of the 12,2% initial estimate.
