Forcadell, the real estate consultant, has advised Sublime Beauty Wholesaler in the rental of an industrial warehouse of 2,263 sqm in the Polígon Industrial Monsolís in Sant Adrià del Besòs in Barcelona. The company has closed this transaction with the aim of expanding its facilities to adapt to the current needs of its business activity.
The Polígon Industrial Monsolís, where Sublime Beauty Wholesaler has rented the warehouse, has access to the Ronda Litoral, the C-31, the B-10 highways and several lines of the Barcelona Metro. With respect to the Port of Barcelona, the Polígon is located only 14km and 22km away from the Barcelona Airport.
According to Gerard Plana, Director of the Department of Industrial-Logistics, "the positive economic situation and the good expectations of the industrial sector are contributing to the revitalization of the market for rental properties in Barcelona. It should also be taken into account, as stated in the market report recently published by Forcadell, that there was a 7.58% year-on-year increase in demand for rental warehouses in the second half of 2016, while the availability of sqm, both in 1st and the 2nd rings (40km away from of Barcelona), has continued to decline slightly. "
