Forcadell, the real estate consulting firm, has advised Knock on Wood in the rental of a 1.176 sqm industrial warehouse in the Polígono de la Zona Franca in Barcelona. The company has carried out this operation with the aim of moving and expanding its facilities to a location near the Fira de Barcelona. Previously the company was located in the Polígon Industrial Riera de Caldes in Palau-Solità i Plegamans.
Companies like Knock on Wood opt for getting established in strategic locations in Barcelona or its metropolitan area to be able to have optimal communications for the development of their businesses.
