Forcadell has advised Aticco in the expansion of the Aticco Urquinaona, the co-working space in the centre of Barcelona, where the operator started its activity on 2016, with 1.000 sqm and has expanded it to reach 8.000 sqm. Aticco Urquinaona has become the flagship of the Catalan operator for being its first co-working center and the one with the largest surface.
In the first 5 months of the year, Aticco has contracted up to 14,880 sqm distributed in 4 different operations, which makes it the flexible spaces operator which grew the most in sqm volume in Barcelona this 2019. The local start-up has been on the advised by Forcadell in 3 of these transactions: the acquisition of the old 2.080 sqm PDeCAT building (Aticco Verdaguer, already running smoothly) and a 22 @ 6,300 m2 building (Aticco Pallars, the opening for which is planned for end of September) and the expansion of 1.000 sqm for Aticco Urquinaona.
