The company has rented an office in Príncipe de Vergara Street, located in the Chamartín neighbourhood, in order to gather their team in a private space and work in person after the pandemic.
The international company Go Supply instructed Forcadell Consultancy to search for an office and advise them on the best location for for their Company.
The Company had been operating from a coworking space until that moment, and has now decided to rent a 195 sqm office, with the objective to centralize its team in a private space, so they can work together in person, making it easier to share synergies and teamwork.
Initially, Go Supply started its search in the Salamanca neighbourhood, but finally opted for an office space in Chamartin, an urban environment with plenty of services and excellent transport communications, no doubt for its proximity to the one of the most well-known and busy stations, Avenida de América station. In addition, there are also in the pipeline important improvement projects for the zone, like the removal of the bridge in front of the offices, and the subsequent modification of the avenue into a new boulevard lined with trees.
The office stands out for its square, open-plan design, located in the 7th floor, and the large windows around most of the perimeter allows the space to enjoy plenty of natural light.
Forcadell’s Office department Director, Manel de Bes, highlights that “there is a relevant number of start-ups that are entering the office market in search for a stable physical space”, adding that “we expect this type of demand to increase in the coming months”.
