Forcadell attends for the third consecutive year the MIPIM- an international property event -which takes place in Cannes, France, between the 13th and 16th March.The Company is part of the Catalan delegation Barcelona-Catalonia, which has a stand of more than 150 sqm and is located in a privileged area of the Palais des Festivals, in the central corridor, surrounded by other relevant European cities such as Paris and London.
The 29th edition of the MIPIM will be attended by more than 24,000 participants, coming from 100 different countries, "among which are more than 5,000 investors, around 4,000 CEOs and executives and more than 3,000 leading companies in the sector", as detailed by the organization. Ivan Vaqué, Partner- CEO of Forcadell; Toni López, Partner - CRO and Head of the Real Estate Corporate area ; Gustavo De Lío, Head of National and International Investment Services; Manel de Bes, Head of the Office Department ; Ivan Rubio, consultant of the Investment Department Services and Andrés Martí, consultant for the Real Estate Asset Management Department will be attending on behalf of Forcadell.
Barcelona-Catalonia has for the first time a conference of its own, entitled "Barcelona Catalonia goes on!", in which representatives of the Generalitat de Catalunya, the City Council and the Metropolitan Area of Barcelona will gather together with leading figures from the Catalan real estate sector. The conference focuses on Barcelona and Catalonia as reference destinations in international investment, with great skills in innovation development.
