Forcadell drives the creation of a new holding company together with several partners, experts in tech innovation to promote PropTech solutions in the real estate sector.
In the BMP framework, Forcadell will divulge more details regarding the lines of action of this new area of development: its main core will be the synergies between startups and traditional companies of the sector.
In the Barcelona Meeting Point setting, Forcadell will present the Innomads project, a new line of action through which Forcadell will explore, together with other companies of the sector, the PropTech digital transformation and the new technologies contributing with its expertise and real estate know-how to entrepreneurs and startups.
Innomads approaches the transformation of traditional real estate services and the co-creation of new assitance with a strong technological component in order to satisfy the new needs of clients. Innomads’ proposal is unifying the knowledge and experience of traditional companies in the sector with entrepreneurs and experts in new technologies in an environment of co-operation and value-added services (VAS).
In Innomads coincide the 60 years’ of Forcadell’s history, with its many years of experience, know-how and its highly professional team who have a firm commitment to participate in the essential and unavoidable changes of the industry.

This new action line in Forcadell will offer its parters, on the one hand, the possibility to attract and join new technologies into their current companies; detect the market trends and new business opportunities as well as invest and boost startups with disruptive capacity in the real estate sector. On the other hand, and regarding startups, Innomads will be able to offer access to crossover resources into the holding comany that will be involved in the project, as well as mentoring with the best expert professionals in real estate and technology. They will also be able to have access to clients and real estate suppliers, support for the scalability of the business and intangibles linked to value of the brand.
Innomads starts its journey with strategic partners linked to the real estate sector like Core Investment Companies and real estate servicers. In the next few months new partners will join in, giving greater capacity and scope to the company and thus expanding the ecosystem which is intended to enhance the transformation of the real estate sector.
Innomads will manage Forcadell's own projects like the ClicforRent startup, an online device that facilitates self-management of rental properties for professionals as well as individual consumers, or Shopinion, an online participatory citizen platform which serves as a dynamizer for the commercial propertie sector.
Innomads has connected Forcadell, PropCrowd and StockCrowd IN to create opportunities of real estate collective investment opportunities that allow for anyone to invest in a simple, safe and diversified way starting from just €100. The cooperation of these three companies combines the real estate know-how of Forcadell together with the disruptive knowledge of PropCrowd and the technological and legal security of StockCrowd IN, a crowdfunding platform registered and approved by the Spanish Securities and Exchange Comission (CNMV), representing the perfect example of Innomads’ mission, to unite knowledge with talent and disruptive technology.
Innomads has also has also associated with the startup Eelp, a specialized platform in offering services to individual customers and businesses through mobile devices. In this way, Forcadell joins the PropTech trend and other new technologies of real estate aligning with the corporate venturing concept of doing business.On the other hand, Innomads has also generated a collaboration model between WesmartPark and Forcadell, drawing from a pilot program with WesmartPark which aims to faciliate finding parking spaces in the city of Barcelona.The objective is to connect people in specific moments of the day with the stock of parking spaces that in given time slots are not being occupied, thus helping to optimize the traffic flow in cities.
In the BMP Proptech framework there will be a Real Estate Fintech round table (25.10 from 11:30h to 13:00h) where Mireia García, Innomads' CEO will offer more details about the Innomads project, as well as about PropCrowd, a crowdfunding real estate startup developed as well through this tech hub driven by Forcadell.
