Forcadell expands its new development portfolio

The real estate consultancy is closing agreements with prominent development companies to commercialize new residential developments in Catalonia and the Balearic Islands.

The evolution of the residential market is experiencing a new stage of stabilization, regarding prices as well as number of transactions. Forcadell has expanded its client portfolio of new developments and real estate assets through its service of Land and New Developments. The company’s expertise implies an added value for developers, as it includes custom-made designed plans and commercialization strategies, while working to streamlining client communication, making it faster and more efficient.

La Farinera (Sabadell) or Voramar (Badalona) developments, both belonging to the Gestilar property developer and managed exclusively by Forcadell, are a sign of the increase in market share.
