Greencity has relied in Forcadell for the commercialization of Escoles 10 located close to the Parc del Clot and the Plaça de les Gloriès.
The real estate consultancy Forcadell commercializes in Barcelona the development Escoles 10, located in the Clot neighbourhood, one of the most traditional zones of the Sant Martí district. This is a new construction promotion of 24 homes designed by the architect firm Peñín Arquitectos.
The 24 homes of the building are distributed over 5 floors (the ground floor plus 4). All properties are exterior, facing either to a street or the park, or to an interior space of landscaped garden courtyard block. In the design of the Escoles 10 development, its architects have made a clear commitment towards comfort, according to an effective distribution and plenty of natural light. The building has different types of properties, and most of them. Most of the homes have a balcony or outside space in the case of the ground floors - connected to the kitchen-living rooms and bedrooms.
This promotion is in a zone with a rich history, formerly known as ‘clot de la mel’ -which translates as “ honey pit”- due to the high quality honey collected in the gardens of the area- characterized as well by its ancient flour and textile industries. It is located a few minutes away from Poble Nou, Gloriès and the corporate district 22@, a cutting edge tech zone that concentrates the headquarters of significant national and international companies, in addition of major universities like the UPF.
According to Javier Sanchez, Forcadell’s Land and New Developments manager, “demand for new construction developments is still high given that many families want to live in a brand new home, and preferably, in the city of Barcelona. Price stabilization together with the favourable conditions some developers are offering contributes to forecast an overall positive 2020.”
