Forcadell collaborates offering its more than 60 years’ expertise and by contacting investors interested in the tourist rental market with the startup HiGuests.
HiGuests is financed by the PropTech investment company SPRIN, emerged from the innovation consultant INNOMADS.
The startup HiGuests, specialized in renting tourist and seasonal properties, now has the support and advice of Forcadell. HiGuests currently manages more than 300 properties in Dubai, Mumbai, Goa and Barcelona, having hosted more than 36,000 tourists since their opening 3 years ago.Through this agreement, Forcadell will channel investors who are interested in the tourist rental market towards HiGuests, uniting sector knowledge with new technologies.
Both companies will give their clients the possibility to rent their properties, always making sure to offer the most profitable and beneficial solution. “The collaboration with HiGuests will allow us to expand our current range of services, focusing in a sector with great growth prospects such as touristic rentals” points out Ivan Vaqué, partner and CEO of Forcadell.
According to Miki Manzanas, HiGuests co-founder and CHO, “the collaboration between HiGuests and Forcadell is a great boost for the growth of the business activity of both companies.”
And Mireia Garcia, CEO of Innomads highlights that “promoting startups from SPRIN is allowing us to transform the real estate sector, diversifying the lines of action with specialized startups in different areas of the sector”.
