Forcadell is a company committed with Corporate Social Responsibility, with the aim of cooperating in order to fight injustice and make the world a better place for everyone. With this objective in mind we expand our CSR strategy every year, widening the scope of actions and partnerships to reach where we can contribute the most.
This year, and benefitting from the arrival of Christmas, we initiate our collaboration with the NGO Manos Unidas. This NGO has been working for years now in underdeveloped countries to fight against hunger. We share with you this solidarity Christmas greetings card that wants to offer a little happiness to all of you and to those who receive help from Manos Unidas. During 2018, different CSR actions have been carried out by associations and entities from different areas with the collaboration of the people who make up the great Forcadell team. The main one of these collaborations is the one established with the Hospital Sant Joan de Deu that celebrates since 2014 the Magic Line. This charitable race, in which many Forcedell workers participate, helps finance support programs for children, adults and the elderly in vulnerable situations.
We also added "Una Poma per La Vida" (An Apple for Life) with which we collaborate with the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation, the collection of plastic caps and the visit we received by the Blood Bank so our workers could donate blood. Currently, and also in keeping up with the Christmas spirit, we have organized a gathering of toys and sports equipment for the children of the Casal del Raval in our offices.
Facing this upcoming 2019 we have set ourselves the goal of increasing our contributions to solidarity goals, advancing each day towards the sort of world we would to like see, thanks to the trust our clients place in us.
