Forcadell brokers a co-exclusive agreement for the Viladecans Business Park

Forcadell brokers exclusively together with BNP Paribas the Brazil and Australia buildings in the business park located in the Viladecans Business Park, located in the Viladecans municipality, in Barcelona. The complex arranges for a total of 4 office buildings surrounded by an extensive natural environment, just 5 minutes’ walk from the Viladecans RENFE station which in turn connects directly with Passeig de Gràcia and other shopping centres like VilaMarina and Viladecans The Style Outlets.

Meridia Capital acquired the Brazil and Australia buildings in 2016, which had been previously owned by the property development group Goodman in 2007. They cover 23.000 sqm of the 35.000 sqm that the park has. Since its acquisition, the investment fund manager has overseen the management of the complex towards the implementation of services and the optimization of common areas. The Brazil and Australia buildings which are neighbouring the anglo-dutch multinational company Unilever, currently have an office availability of 5,770 sqm, a figure that represents an occupancy rate between the 2 buildings of 75%.Both buildings also have concierge service and security, and a large indoor parking.
