The lack of parking spaces is a reality which is especially critical in the city of Barcelona. Up until this moment, to be able to park your car you could only opt for private parkings or street areas, where most places are already paid per minute through the green or blue zones. Both options can also be a considerable expense due to the current rates in case you need to make continued use.
In light of this context and with FORCADELL's willingness to offer new real estate solutions to users, the consultancy has partnered with the startup wesmartPark in a new disruptive and pioneering project for the real estate market. The objective of the company in this alliance is to make a profit for the parking spaces owned by our clients during the hours that they do not use them and in turn extend the current offer of rental parking spaces in real time.
In addition, this solution allows to offer a good profit to owners, while the cost of use for the user is much lower than that of traditional alternatives. After formalizing the partnership agreement, FORCADELL has started a first phase of the application with clients' parking spaces located in areas with high demand. Soon in a second phase the project will be extended to other business areas.
To be able to use of this new offer of parking spaces, users just need to have the wesmartPark app and start enjoying the available spaces, always with real time information.
