The consulting firm also advised Neinor Homes in the process of selling the property, linking it to a pre-arrangement with SandwiChez.
Forcadell has advised SandwiChez in the rental of a premise located in Diagonal Avenue, 119. This 257 sqm property was owned by Neinor Homes, and was sold to an investor also advised by Forcadell. This way, the consulting firm optimised and assured the profit on the investment of the property by signing a pre-arrangement with the future tenant: SandwiChez. The premises, located close to the Gloriès Shopping Centre, have a 15 mt façade and 3 shop-windows at the ground floor of a new construction building between the streets Bac de Roda and Lope de Vega, very close to the corporate district 22@.The health food restaurant chain expects to open the new premises at the end of February.
According to Xavi Aguilar, director of the Forcadell Retail department, “with the opening of the restaurant in Diagonal 119, SandwiChez is not only expanding the number of restaurants they have but they are also expanding geographically, widening its premises in the Sant Martí district. This trend shows not only the strength of the company -which was founded during the past economic crisis- but reflects also the favorable stage the retail sector is going through in Barcelona."
SandwiChez is a health food restaurant chain founded in 2010 which is now in full expansion process. It has currently 18 restaurants in the city of Barcelona and the premises in Diagonal 119 are the first of the 10 they have envisioned to open in 2018. None of their premises are franchised, and their objective is to be a benchmark restaurant for each neighbourhood in each location.
