The facilities, located in the Can Calderon industrial park will allow the company a larger space for its business activity
Forcadell has advised Gamo Outdoor in hiring a 3,069 sqm logistic warehouse in Can Calderon industrial park in Sant Boi de Llobregat, a municipality very close to Barcelona. The new facilities will allow the company to have a larger surface to store its products globally. A type C logistic warehouse, it has a 2,446 sqm ground floor, a 623 sqm first floor and a 1,281 courtyard and the clear height is 10 m. It features 5 loading docks, 1 loading ramp and 2 TIR doors.
According to Gerard Plana, Forcadell’s Industrial-Logistics director, “the high demand for logistics warehouses in Barcelona confirms the Catalan logistics market is extremely attractive for both the national and international markets.”
The new Gamo facilities in the Can Calderon industrial park can be accessed by the C-32, C-31 roads, the A2, AP2 highways, the rondas de Barcelona (beltways), and by public transportation on the FGC (R5, R6, and S8) as well as on urban and interurban buses.
