Forcadell has advised ELrowFamily to rent a 6.400 logistic warehouse located in the Gavà municipality (Barcelona). The company, leader in the entertainment sector, has carried out the transaction with the aim of expanding its current facilities and to have a larger space in which to store the material for their shows, since they are now in the process of expansion and internationalization. From the warehouse, they plan to produce, store and distribute the decoration, props and other show accessories to the 31 countries in which the group presents their shows.
The logistics warehouse located in the industrial park La Post in Gavà, has a constructed area of 6,396 sqm distributed among the ground and 1st floors. Its 12 meters high and has a concrete structure, 5 loading docks, 1 TIR door with 2 ramps. The warehouse has excellent communications by road (exit 46 off the C-32 highway) and public transportation (Renfe trains and urban and interurban bus lines).
