Forcadell has advised pHformula in the renting of a 600 sqm commercial premise located in the Born neighbourhood in Barcelona in which the company will place its headquarters. The company, specialized in dermatological cosmeceutical products, the company has carried out this transaction with the aim of moving its current facilities in Sant Just to Barcelona. According to Emric Masats, pHformula’s director of Management and Finance, “our brand is linked since its early stages to Barcelona. For us it is important to locate ourselves in the city, not only for its global appeal, but also to be consistent with our core identity.”
The company which is planning to open its new facilities in the last quarter of the year, will locate in in this new space its flagship store, from where to project its image to more than 40 countries around the world where it is present. The facilities will have different spaces destined for trainings for their distributors and customers, offices where all their staff will work and a point of sale and exhibition of their products. The store is located in Comerç Street, one of the main commercial streets of the Born district, a few meters from the Estació de França, the Born Centre de Cultura I Memòria (one of the most visited museums in Barcelona in 2018) and the Parc de la Ciutadella, also a spot of great tourist interest in the city.
According to Xavier Aguilar, director of the Forcadell Retail department, “opting on the city of Barcelona, as pHformula has done since its inception and especially in this moment, is to integrate into the brand values like talent, prestige, innovation, culture and internationality as key ingredients to success. "
pHformula is a pioneer laboratory in the rejuvenation system known as Dermatological Skin Resurfacing that distributes worldwide.
