DESCRIPTION

Forcadell, leading company in the real estate sector, is looking for an Administrative Assistant for the Community of Owners management department. 

Responsabililties

S/he will provide computer support for the management of a portfolio of properties, attending to and coordinating general computer management like consults in SQL. Knowledge in the real estate sector is required, especially in the administrative field.

Position offered:

-    Full time workday
-    Work contract: 6 months+ 6 months + open end

REQUIREMENTS

-    University degree in Business Administration or similar

-    Experience in real estate administrative management and/or knowledge in real estate. 

-    Advanced knowledge in TAAF and TAAF Cloud

-    Knowledge of basic SQL syntax 

-   Good interpersonal skills

-    Management capability and resolution solving skills

-    Languages: Catalan and Spanish, spoken and written. English will be a plus
