INNOMADS, innovation hub specialized in PropTech is seeking an INNOVATION MANAGER to continue advancing in its goal of building the future of real estate through its transformation, participation and creation of new business models.

Responsabilities:

• Conceptualization, start-up and monitoring of the new digital business models that should shape the real estate of the future.
• Conducting a systematic survey of new emerging social and technological trends that can be a source of transformation of the current business and / or creation of new businesses.
• To act as a PMO in the INNOMADS Venture Builder projects, coordinating the different agents involved, ensuring their alignment and properly managing the human and economic resources in the project.
• Performing scouting tasks in order to identify the best startups.
• Offering support to INNOMADS management in the required tasks.

REQUIREMENTS

• University degree: engineer, ADE, etc.
• Minimum experience: 2 years in positions of digital business development, innovation or digital transformation.
• Knowledge and experience in Design Thinking, Agile and Lean Startup methodologies.
• Financial knowledge of startups valuation will be a plus.
• Fluent in English.
• Ability to understand the challenges of the sector and its involvement in the current business.
• Good communication and team management skills to coordinate, align and optimize the performance of the stakeholders involved in the different projects.
