DESCRIPTION

Forcadell is looking for a Residential Area Director. S/he will be responsible for managing a team of real estate consultants with the aim of achieving the department’s annual target goals, previously agreed upon with the General Management of the Company.

Responsabilities:

• Develop, coordinate and support the commercial strategy of the department, marking global and individual objectives and ensuring compliance.
• Management of a commercial team of more than 30 professionals with capacity for organization, planning and communication.
• Strategic planning of sales, preparation and execution of an annual sales plan.
• Supporting the commercial team in the visits, monitoring of clients, in the capture and in the negotiation of transactions.

REQUIREMENTS

In order to successfully carry out the required tasks, it is important to have a proactive attitude with commercial qualities. The Company is looking to hire a person with Corporate Mentality.

• Languages: Spanish, Catalan and English spoken and written correctly in order to be able to negotiate and maintain all kinds of communications with clients

• Degrees in Economics, ADE or similar will be a plus, as well as training related to Finance, Real Estate Legislation and knowledge of the LAU. 

• Computer Skills: proficient in MS Office and internet, knowledge in CRM and ERP applications will be a plus

• Leadership and team motivation abilities

• 5 years minimum experience in the residential real estate sector, in sales as well as in rental

• Car and/or motorcycle driving license
