DESCRIPTION

Forcadell is looking for a real estate Consultant for the Madrid zone. Forcadell real estate consultants must ensure they meet the objectives set in agreement with their Department Director and the Management of the Area to which they belong. They should devote part of their time and efforts to establish institutional relationships with clients, investors, suppliers, collaborators and competitors.

They must know the real estate needs of customers and promote the wide range of services offered by Forcadell. The Forcadell consultants of are also responsible for the daily functioning of their responsibilities within the Corporate Area, monitoring and following their objectives.

They must manage their functions with responsibility for billing and for the application of improvement measures.

Structural functions of a real estate consultant:

• Look for products and customers to offer our services
• Know and market the entire portfolio of products and services of the company
• Promote and guide the commercial capacity in the achievement of objectives
• Cooperate as consultant in the corporate area and with the company’s Global Objectives
• Perform all the necessary activities to maintain a good working environment and positive motivation
• Enhance the compliance of quality levels
• Control the compliance of your operational processes
• Analyze the complaints and claims presented by the clients and attend them when necessary
• Analyze and propose actions to optimize the resources of the area (both for human and material means)
• Adequately convey the needs of resources to Directors
• Establish good relations with Investors and Entrepreneurs
• Fulfill the objectives established by the General Management

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum requirement: General Certificate of secondary Education
• University Degree will be a plus
• Minimum experience: 3 years
• Available immediately
• Driving licence: Own car will be a plus
• Resident in Madrid
• Medium level in english will be a plus
