Forcadell is seeking to fill an administrative assistant position for its Property and Rentals Management Department, with the aim of providing administrative support.

The tasks to be carried out are those related to administrative management linked to the administration and commercialization of the department’s property portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Telephone and in-person customer service
  • Data entry into the management system
  • Management of utility supply changes
  • Document digitization
  • Drafting of lease contracts
  • General administrative tasks

Requirements
