Within the group, the brokerage Segur For Team offers a complete insurance service, tailored to all the needs of our clients, and works closely with all areas to ensure a global, high-quality advisory service.

Responsibilities

Drive the sales and management of insurance products from the Terrassa office, leveraging the synergies generated by the Property Management, Real Estate Sales, and Rentals teams, with the aim of covering the insurance needs of current and potential clients.

  • Identify business opportunities derived from the activity of the communities, sales and purchases, and rental areas.
  • Collaborate with the office teams to identify insurance needs and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Carry out prospecting actions and acquire new clients.
  • Advise clients on Segur For Team products.
  • Manage policy contracting, pricing, follow-up, and policy modifications in line with the strategy of SFT’s head office.
  • Manage claims end-to-end, providing a close, efficient, and solutions-oriented service.
  • Follow up on renewals, retention, and maintenance of the client portfolio.
  • Attend periodic meetings to coordinate with the technical and administrative team at the head office.
  • Offer the promotions established and negotiated through the head office department.
  • Reporting line to the Brokerage Management, with support from the head office (Barcelona).

Requirements

  • Proven experience in the insurance sector, both in sales and in claims management.
  • Accredited professional knowledge to perform advisory and sales functions for insurance products in accordance with current mediation regulations.
  • Ability to work in a coordinated manner with different departments.
  • Commercial skills, customer focus, and initiative to identify new opportunities.
  • Autonomy, organization, and ability to follow up on processes.
