FORCADELL has advised ENTI-UB on the lease of the Link Building, a property owned by the Zurich Group located at 113 Pamplona Street, in Barcelona’s 22@ district. The building will house the university center ENTI-UB (School of New Interactive Technologies), affiliated with the University of Barcelona, and specialized in video games, music production, cybersecurity, and other digital sectors.
The transaction is part of ENTI-UB’s growth strategy, reinforcing its commitment to higher education in innovation and in the creative and digital industries. With this new center, the institution will expand its academic offering in a highly competitive and constantly evolving sector.
As ENTI-UB’s management explains, “the new Link Building campus strengthens our commitment to consolidating Barcelona as a benchmark in technological, creative, and digital education. This space will allow us to grow in community, talent, and innovation.”
The Link Building is an exclusive office property with a ground floor and four upper floors, offering a total above-ground area of 6,687 m². Renovated by the Zurich Group in 2023, it holds LEED GOLD and WELL Silver certifications, which guarantee the highest standards of sustainability, energy efficiency, and user well-being. The building also features spaces such as a rooftop terrace with city views.
Located in the heart of 22@, the new ENTI-UB center is positioned within an ecosystem that brings together universities, technology and creative companies, research centers, and an excellent network of services and connectivity.
